We've made a change when logging into myCASA

Starting 26th October, we're enhancing security for myCASA accounts. If you do not use Digital Identity when logging into your account, you'll now encounter multi-factor authentication (MFA) during login, which involves receiving a verification code at your registered myCASA email address. What is myCASA?

myCASA is an online portal where you can access services. To access myCASA services you will need:

  • A myCASA account
  • An aviation reference number
  • To verify your identity

What is Digital Identity?

Your Digital Identity is a safe, secure and convenient way to prove who you are online when accessing government online services. myGovID is the Australian Government’s Digital Identity app.

myGovID is different to myGov. To set up your myGovID, download the myGovID app, enter your details and verify your identity documents.

You will need to achieve a Standard identity strength to access myCASA.
